Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to major cities, with extended timelines for remote areas.
• Check the parcel for visible damage, dents, tears, or signs of tampering before accepting it.
• If the package appears compromised, politely refuse delivery or ask the carrier to note the issue on the delivery record.
• If you accept a damaged parcel, take clear photos of the packaging (including shipping labels) and email them to [Support Email] within 24 hours of delivery. Include a description of the issue.
• Failure to report visible damage promptly may affect eligibility for returns or replacements.
• To expedite your claim, record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing your order. Ensure the video:
• Shows the parcel’s condition before opening (including shipping labels/seals).
• Captures the entire unboxing process and all items received.
• It is clear, well-lit, and timestamped (date/time visible).
• Retain this video for at least 30 days after delivery. Submit it promptly if requested by our team.
• Return claims lacking unboxing video evidence may face delays or denial if the issue cannot be verified.
Customers may cancel orders within 1 hour of placement. After this window, cancellations are subject to approval.
• In terms of cancellation, any processing fee charged by third-party payment providers will not be returned
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order at their discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:
• Errors or inaccuracies in product details, pricing, or specifications.
• Technical glitches or mistakes leading to incorrect pricing.
• Items no longer in stock or discontinued. Missing, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping information.
• Unauthorized or suspicious transactions.
• Any unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfilment.
Affected customers will be notified promptly, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
• Before Dispatch: You may request modifications (e.g., address change, item addition/removal) by contacting us before your order is processed for shipping. We’ll accommodate changes whenever possible.
• After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be accepted. You may return unopened items as per our Return Policy after delivery.

• Damage/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Wrong item, size, or Color received
• Product not matching description or advertisement

• Initiate return through the platform within 3 days
• Ship items back within 3 days of return approval
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
• Mark the package with the order number, return tracking ID, and customer name
• Change of mind purchases
• Products damaged after delivery

• 5% platform commission deducted from refunds
• All products undergo basic quality checks before shipping

• Provide: (a) Detailed issue description, (b) Unboxing video, (c) Photos of defects
• All returns are verified by our quality team
• False claims may result in account suspension
• If a return is not justified by the inspection team, then the order will be shipped back to the customer.
• In case of not receiving it, we are not liable, however, a report of return being rejected shall be provided to the customer
• Approved returns are refunded within 7-10 business days
• The original payment method was credited
• Dedications may apply for missing accessories or damage
• Refund duration is dependent of the Payment Processor and may take up to 15 working days.
• For COD, the refund duration will be 7-10 business days
• The duration for the refund will start on the date the return is approved by inspection
• Prior approval is required for all returns; unauthorized returns will be rejected
• Tape/stickers on the original packaging may void return eligibility
• Jhoolaylaal reserves the right to modify policies with 30 days’ notice
• Final interpretation of policies is at the company's discretion
