CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, the nature of the internet and Platform maintenance may occasionally cause disruptions. We may suspend or restrict access for repairs, updates, or new features without prior notice, minimizing downtime where possible.

LICENSE TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM

By using Jhoolaylaal, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or under parental/guardian supervision. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Shop for personal use (commercial/resale requires prior written consent).

• Access content solely for informational purposes.

We act only as an intermediary and do not control or assume liability for transactions conducted on the Platform.

Prohibited actions include

• Copying, modifying, or exploiting Platform content for commercial gain.

• Unauthorized use of meta tags or Jhoolaylaal’s branding.

Your account will be suspended, and legal action may be taken if you:

• Harass other users or impair their experience.

• Share materials prohibited by Pakistani law.

• Upload malicious software/viruses or breach network policies.

YOUR CONDUCT

• You must not use Jhoolaylaal in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use of it.

• You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the security or functionality of Jhoolaylaal, its employees, officers, or stakeholders.

• All electronic communications and content transmitted from your device are your sole responsibility, and you must use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes.

• Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: fraudulent activities, criminal offenses, sharing unauthorized or harmful content (such as sexually explicit material, hate speech, or copyrighted information without permission), spreading viruses or spam, causing unnecessary distress to others, or any other purpose contrary to Jhoolaylaal's intended use.

YOUR SUBMISSIONS

• Any content you submit to Jhoolaylaal, including questions, reviews, comments, or suggestions, becomes our exclusive property and will not be returned. By posting content, you grant us the right to use your name in connection with such submissions.

• You must not misrepresent your identity or the origin of any content.

Jhoolaylaal reserves the right to modify or remove submissions without prior notice, though we are not obligated to do so.

CLAIMS AGAINST OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

Given the volume of products and user-generated content on Jhoolaylaal, we operate on a “report-and-remove” basis. If you encounter illegal, offensive, or harmful material (including but not limited to hate speech, explicit content, or threats to national security), please notify us immediately at support@jhoolaylaal.com.

Provide your contact details, a description of the objectionable content, and evidence to support your claim. Incomplete submissions may not be processed. We will investigate valid complaints and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS

Jhoolaylaal respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact us at support@jhoolaylaal.com with your contact information, details of the alleged infringement, and supporting evidence. Note that we do not mediate disputes arising from exclusive distribution agreements between artists and buyers. The Jhoolaylaal name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks owned by Jhoolaylaal ===. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You acknowledge that your use of Jhoolaylaal is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any product information or content on the Platform. Jhoolaylaal acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of sellers, manufacturers, or third-party service providers. All products and services are provided &qout;as is&qout; without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jhoolaylaal, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any laws or third-party rights. This includes legal fees and penalties incurred due to your actions or misuse of the Platform.
